I enjoyed the free WiFi and air conditioning, as well as the convenient household amenities like the fridge and kettle. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, although I couldn't finish the entire à la carte menu.
How fascinating to be located in a residential area, far away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Truly an unforgettable experience.

The apartment's fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer. It had everything from a dishwasher to a coffee machine, making me feel like a master chef in the heart of Krakow's Old Town. I couldn't help but whip up delicious meals while feeling like a culinary wizard!
No oven in the kitchen.

The amazing amenities include Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The children's play area, cots, and board games made it even more enjoyable. The location of the apartment is exceptional, with the Old Town just a few minutes walk away and bordering the beautiful Planty Park. the apartment offers thoughtful design and high-quality fittings throughout, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Families will appreciate the kids' room with toys and the den and swing. the ladies at Sleeping In Krakow are incredibly helpful, providing great service throughout the stay.
One minor drawback is that noise from the apartment above can be heard when people walk, but this can easily be overlooked compared to all the amazing amenities and experiences the apartment offers.

The apartment was fantastic, spacious, and modern. the location was key, with plenty of cafes nearby and the Farmer's Market within walking distance. It was also a short walk to the main square. the staff at Sleeping in Krakow were extremely helpful and organized airport transfers for us. we had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.
the safe in the apartment didn't work, which made us a bit worried about leaving our valuables behind. the bin liners provided were too small to be effective.

The apartment at Kokon Old Town was absolutely amazing! I felt like I was living in luxury with its air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and flat-screen TV. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for me as a longer term business traveler.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the washing machine in the apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, from comfortable beds to good showers and bathrooms. The decor was very nice and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes away from the main square and a short walk to the train station. There was also a grocery shop just around the corner, making it easy to stock up on supplies.
The internet was a bit spotty at times and didn't work very well on a couple of occasions. Additionally, we could hear footsteps from the apartment above us, although it was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the apartment had to offer.

Transportation was easily accessible with public transportation right outside. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and the apartment was very child-friendly with toys and a wooden house. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Our stay at Kokon Old Town was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean, spacious room and all the facilities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, with shops nearby. The staff, especially Barbara, were incredibly kind and helpful.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to add more variety to the breakfast menu.
